"Took a bit, but they got back to me"
Support took longer than I expected to reply, which was kinda annoying, but once they did they actually fixed my issue. So overall it was fine, just wish the response time was quicker tbh.

"Monthly delivery problems"
I signed up for the print magazine because I genuinely like it, so this isn’t just me complaining for no reason. The delivery has been a mess almost every month. Some issues came really late, and a couple never showed up at all. I reached out to customer service, but I kept getting the same basic copy-paste response, and nothing actually improved. I wanted to keep supporting the magazine, but if I’m paying for print, I expect it to actually arrive. After waiting around too many times, I finally cancelled.

"So slow it drove me nuts!!!"
I tried reading a couple articles on harpersbazaar.com, but wow, the pages took forever to load!!! Ads and images kept popping in all over the place, and the page kept jumping around while I was trying to scroll!!! It got annoying really fast, and I ended up just giving up. Definitely not a great experience!!!

"Decent newsletter, but I wish it felt more tailored"
I signed up for the Harper’s Bazaar newsletter because I was hoping for fashion and beauty tips I could actually use, and I guess I just wanted to feel like I was getting something that fit my style. Some of the emails are interesting, but others feel kind of random or not really meant for me. It’s not a bad newsletter at all, so I keep opening it now and then, but I also delete a lot of them. I’d probably enjoy it more if it picked up on my interests a bit better and made me feel like I was in the right place...

Bottom line: it’s not bad, but it can be a little hit or miss. I’ve read some fashion pieces that felt well-researched and genuinely useful, while others came across more like personal opinions dressed up as facts. I still check it out now and then, but I wish the quality was a bit more consistent

"Good place for celeb stuff"
I usually come here when I want celeb news and it’s quick to find things, which is nice. Not much waiting around or digging, just updates are there and easy enough to read.

"Mobile site is frustrating and feels sketchy after paying"
I was trying to use the site on my phone and it’s annoying. Pages take forever to load, and the ads keep shifting around so I end up tapping things I didn’t mean to. After I paid, I expected things to feel smoother, but it actually made me a little distrustful because the whole experience still feels messy and unreliable. It’s hard to read anything without getting interrupted.

I like the overall style and some of the articles are genuinely enjoyable to read. That said, the quality feels a little uneven. A few pieces have good detail and insight, while others seem thin, like they could have used more substance. If you’re just browsing casually, it’s fine, but it would be better if the articles were more consistent.

"Wish I’d Checked the Subscription Settings Sooner"
I really do enjoy the magazine itself, so I kind of regret not paying closer attention to the subscription side earlier. When I went on harpersbazaar.com to adjust my renewal settings, it wasn’t as simple as I expected, and I spent more time clicking around than I wanted to.
Customer service did help me get it sorted out in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. I just wish the account section had been easier to navigate, because the whole thing left me feeling like I should’ve dealt with it sooner

"Beauty section hasn’t been that helpful lately"
I used to check the beauty section often, but lately it just feels kind of useless?? It’s mostly expensive product roundups, and not much in the way of real tips or honest reviews. I’d much rather see practical advice from people who’ve actually tried the stuff

"Nice for fashion ideas, but not always practical"
I pop onto Harpers Bazaar now and then when I want to see what’s going on in fashion. The photos are usually really polished, and because they post about trends and celebrity outfits quickly, it’s a good place to get a quick feel for what’s popular.

That said, a lot of the style feels high-end, so I don’t always come away with ideas I’d actually wear or things I’d realistically buy. I still like browsing it once in a while, but because it doesn’t always fit my everyday style, it’s not usually the first site I go to...

"Kinda not worth the money"
I signed up thinking the subscription would be worth it, but a lot of the content kinda feels like the same articles repeated in different ways. There are also way too many ads for something I’m paying for. Canceling wasn’t super smooth either, which just made the whole experience more annoying.

"Wish I hadn’t bothered trying to read it"
I tried reading a few articles on harpersbazaar.com, i kind of regret even starting. The site felt so cluttered with pop-ups and ads everywhere, and the pages were loading really slowly. Every time I tried to scroll, something would shift or jump around, which made it frustrating to actually focus on the article. I ended up giving up after a few minutes. Definitely not the relaxing reading experience I was hoping for.
